Biped Swapping

I copied all the information from a grunt over to midship using insolence. Now i change everything from masterchief to the grunt part. But when i sign it and ftp it over i am still master chief. Does anyone know what im doing wrong?

did you do FP models or watever.. look for some tuts but check this hook up a sceond contoller on gemini play as an elite than make the elite take a look at master cheif the elite should see him as a grunt

it will still have the mc first person model

you'll have the same first person but you'll be smaller and a grunt.
