SP->MP Conversion?

OK. So I have been looking around alot of the modding sites, and both the Halo Mods forums for a SP->MP map converter or tutorial. And there is none that I can find. So are there any out there? Cause theres alot of posts saying "Oh so-n-so did it but it took awhile and I dont know if it worked" and "you have to HEX all the right things out and its simple if you can HEX good" and ect. So can anyone help me find an answer? I just want to be able to play some slayer with my friends on Delta Halo and run around as the Juggernagt on Metropolis.

Thats a tutorial for doing SP-->MP maps. Like taking the Cable Room and making it a multiplayer map.
