having trouble uploading a movie

i made a movie on windows movie maker and saved it than i tried to uploaded it here it said i was uploading an empty file so than i tried putfile and it says cant find server when i register and filefront i registered but i still cant upload my movie any help?

well hopefully ur not trying to upload the project file. i think its .msw somethin. either way make sure u went to the file menu in movie maker and saved it as a movie. .wma

well it was a project and than i clicked save to my computer and it never gave me a chocie...
