There are giant Extract and Inject buttons at the top, only for some of the sounds files though. Internalize them first then it will give you the option.

I forgot to internalize it first.. ( im retarted notice my emblem thing in my sig ))..

EDIT: wait, whats the right format?? I made a sound in sound recorder, and saved it as wav, tried to inject it and it said wrong format

Sony Sound Forge 8.
Use that to convert it to the right format. Not sure on the format but my came out as a .wav when I saved one.
