About the devcam screenshot thing

I was reading this tutorial and I really want to make some screenshots. If I use this over Xbox Live, will I get banned at all? All I want to do is take some screenshots of some cool stuff.

Can't be used on XBL becuase you have to diable the AU. Also halomods does not condone XBL modding. Read the Rules.

Well you are using a trainer that has an Unlimited ammo and Invincibility option. I would consider that cheating.

Okay, sorry, I didn't know it contained all that stuff.... Is there anyway to take a screenshot without having to be able to get banned or having it considered cheating?
