also-what is tool.exe? How do I use it?

Tool.exe is a command line executable released as one of the HEK tools. You use it mainly for compiling maps made with the HEK. Also, if you are editing maps that you didn't make, it's not a smart idea to release them because the author might get pissed off and come after you.
