************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just in time (JIT) debugging, the config file for this
application or machine (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the machine
rather than being handled by this dialog.
I have .NET 1.1 installed, and .NET1.1 SP2

Not sure if this will fix the problem but you might as well have it anyways. Get the .net v2 here

does it happen everytime you start it or just when you try to rush it and open a map while it is still connecting?

I have found that when I am using Windows Blinds(or another theme) that Insolence does not function properly. But when I use the stock MCE theme, everything is fine. You don't by chance have a computer theme do you?
