Next time specify the game. You have to use PMI. Search for it in the tutorials section.

Use either one you want. Also if those don't work click search and type PMI and select the Forum option and set it to look in the Tutorial Submissions. There were 11 in there.

I know how to PMI i just want to be able to place and manipulate sp devices on a map
