iTunes-WMP

Post by Cuda »

Ok, since I cannot use my iPod right now, (no headphones :x ) I wanted to convert my iTunes files to WMP, but for some appaent reason, Windows media player sees them, but cannot add them. I checked the properties, and they are MP4's. Is there a codec I can install in WMP to make it play MP4's(11 allows all the older Plugins and Codecs) or a way to convert them into a readable file that WMP can read?

Im sure there is a program out there that can do this but if you only want to listen to a couple of songs you can burn a cd in iTunes then rip it in WMP. Thats what I do.

well, thats just it. I did it backwards. I borrowed some Dead kennedys CD's from a friend at school, but I ripped it to iTunes so I can put them on my iPod. but now my iPod is out of commission, I'd like to put the CD's in my WMP.

You can't change them from m4p back to wma. The only thing you can do is put in the normal CD of the music that you want and rip them to your library with WMP.
