Please, slow down and spend some time on them. Lighten up on the use of scanlines, go get yourself some Brushes from dA, .
Then go here and read up.

The Kenny vector one is the best, of the lot, but like we've told you countless times, scanlines on the render is a no-no.

There's still no depth, and the motion blurs don't really look that good.

Read some tutorials.

I'm currently suffering ocular bleeding from looking at the last three.

You need to take some time when making sigs and read some tuts, dont just pump them out.

the white is not supposed to be there, just pretend it isnt.

Edit: ok i made the background behind the dragon in photoshop, sohow come its not transparent?
