xbox live account help

Alright, i have a modded xbox that cant access xbox live from the dash, but i can still get on halo. i was wandering what i would have to do to make an account now?

iv been there and looked, and they had like a ton of stuff about things with mod chips, idk if like im blind but i didnt see anything there ;(

im not cheating :\ I DONT CHEAT, i dont even understand why people cheat for a stupid number anyway???
i have a 2month thats about to go out on it.

oh i remember, he cant sign in when halo 2 is running... and if all he wants to do is have unmodded custom games, i reakon we should help him, but i ran out of ideas in the old thread.
