FTP Error

I have another error but not a code this time. I keep trying to connect through various FTP's and nothing will connect. My questions is, is it my computer or the FTP's, cause I'm staying in a hotel so I'm just wondering cause its pissing me off.

See it was able to connect on my desktop and now with my new laptop it doesn't so I don't see how that helps me, thanks anyway.
