That was until this day, when I stumbled upon the Inamberclad's model, UVed and everything. This gave my original dream new hope.
I came into Halo, a simple nothing. Now I have been called God.
So now, I give you, the most awaited announcement since that of Halo 3:
I WILL FINISH TREPIDATION
Phew... I see why no one writes their own speeches...
Well, enough of that, here's the inamberclad in space:
Technically, that's a tiny little model of the inamberclad in Seperated (release date: 06/20/06). But that is how it was meant to be. Someone had brougth this idea up before, but I said "no way, it'll never work, the collision model will be too small", but I was wrong. After my work with the Draco and the Seperated BSP (speaking of which, got a new version which fixes quite a lot of errors and should have working water), I learned much about the Halo engine.
So, it hit me, small models do work... So I made my own little Inamberclad and stuck some missiles and a chaingun on it. Now, in respect to it's size, it's WAAAAY too fast right now, need to fix that, but, I discovered something important, and that is that I can do this with my other stuff, like the Halcyon and the Covenant Battle Cruiser. So, that's where we are now.
Since I don't need to make the models, or texture them, myself, I just need to add pilot seats and trigger markers, plus scale them down until they are a little bigger than the rocket launcher (seriously), this map will probably only take a WEEK.
So, here's the rundown:
I have a huge room [a simple box] connected to this miniscule hangers. Like toy sized! And in these hangers are minature versions of the respective vehicles.
Humans:
Halycon
Frigate (as you can see in the picture, I have the real one)
Longsword (mb, Idk, it'll be a spec at that size XD)
Covenant:
Carrier (the one from halo 2)
Battle Cruiser (the one from halo, the top on mine is fuxed)
So, stick these so that gigantic room is facing away from the action, possibly outside the skybox, and stick it all in space
What do you get?

Trepidation. The project that died a while back will now be my most important project ever.
This means that the Draco 1.0 will probably not come out (don't worry, I wasn't even gonna have the 1.0 in Seperated) for a VERY long time.
But, this will only take about a week or so, seeing as I have most of what I need with me... I hope.. hmm...
Well, that's pretty much it. I'll be changing the name of this topic to "[WIP] Trepidation" soon, like right before I release Seperated or I get like 500+ views.
