My Insolence does not add anything recursively...

Whenever I try to drag and drop something from one map insolence is supposed to come up with a box saying that it is moving objects and re-linking them but this never comes up and nothing is ever added to the map... Could someone please help me and tell me what the proble is?

u have to left click on it before u drag so it sais edit or w/e
