Failed to load map help

I followed the tutorial for applying an sppf patch to a map word for word, but when go to to load the map i get failed to load map. It also says this when i used dot halo to apply a ppf patch and yes i fixed the encryption. help anyone?

the ppf could be screwed or if its a new map sign it with CMR

dont thinks its a bad patch because its the fourth one in a row to say that

yeah i thought of clearing my cache and i tried but it still wont load. how do i tell if its a 1.2 patch?
