get out of safe mode?

i was modding and then i got an exeption error. i had about 20 diferent meta swaps so i decided to reinstall the game. after a reinstall i started up halo there was a box that said to continue in safe mode. so i did.

10 minutes later another reinstall was required. but his time it did not ask me for safe mode. i was already in it! now i can't get out! there is a lack of explosions and fire effects! ahahahhahhhhhgggr!

HOW DO YOU GET OUT OF SAFE MODE!!!!!

on the main menu, go to settings then click on video settings and play with those a bit
if you set them all to the max, you may get a low fps if your video card isnt up to the recommended specs

safe mode disables some things like effects

ok try loading up it fro mthe halo root drictory cuase if u dont go in2 safe mode that way that means the shortcut to it had anew line added in properties like
-safemode

and ibelive there is aconsule command to get out of it 2

eh, the same thing happened to me before...all i did was go in and change some video settings and it worked fine

See if there's a -safemode behind the location in the properties.

when ever it happend to me I just click no..................

and I dont think you should be stuck in safemode if you just quit the game.....

and instead of reinstalling halo just restore the map.....
saves alot of time...

and if it was in safe mode.... it probably just set your settings to low check your profile settings on halo

and hey conure & mustard............
