I'm planning on making a major mod for a major map (bloodgulch) and I'll give major credit for major help. And I need to ask some major and some minor questions.
First: I'm a bit lazy so if anyone could give me a link to a topic or readme on how to make a skin for a vehicle or object and how to put it ON the vehicle or object... I'd appreciate it.
Second... is there some way to put AI in the map Blood Gulch? Not only that but make them shoot? Is there a way to put the AI's on teams (aka certain AI only shoot red team etc?)?
Third... I know how to put turrets in blood gulch but is there a way to make the turrets without swapping them with another vehicle? And further more a way to make them shoot by themselves?
Fourth... I have a specific file of which I will not mention, that says in the readme file to put a folder in the "Tags" directory. Where is this directory located?
I may update should I need further questions answered. Thank you.

4: that is a CE file it sounds like and uwould need to port it to hpc
3: i dont get this one but u could duplicate the veh in spark and then switch it
