Your CD Key is Invalid msg after modding

I've modded a few maps by basically modifying the map copies from my Halo CD. After modding, I've put the modded maps onto a dedicated server and have since replaced my own maps with a copy of my originals.

When anyone now joins the game, they can see the mods, not a problem. When they leave, and RE-join the game, the server does not allow them to do so, with the message "Your CD Key is invalid."

After anyone exits the game, normally you'd be able to press the F1 key and see that they're no longer in the game. When you do press F1 after a player has left the game, it still shows them as in the game, but with the text 'QUIT' next to their name.

I've never seen this type of behavior on other modded servers. Please help. Is there a quick solution? Thanks.

right ihave had this problem before it is your mod
it is when they quit the server isnt killing them so u messed with some damge effect probaly that screwed it method a) scrath the map
method b)replace the damge tag that it is related to back to normal damge

either way it realy sucks when that happens

Thanks. I changed my falling damage to 1 and it worked.

um...how do i set it up so that people can see the mods when a host a game? or does that only work with a dedicated server?
