Thanks, but no clapping for me. I didn't develop this, although I've been trying to figure it out for a long time. I had a conversation with Kornkidcrazy last night and from that I learned how to extract a bumpmat correctly. I started falling asleep by about that time, and had to figure out how to inject them myself (yes, Korn, I forgot almost everything you said after a certain point... I was falling asleep and my pocket PC doesn't save my MSN conversations

). Anyway, I'm just showing a bit of what's to come. I hope to do a full-fledged skin with some custom bumpmats as soon as finals finish.
Again, all I did was figure out how to inject them again and how to edit a bumpmat. It's a little different editing them than just skinning a texture... it's sure not easier!
Programs used: Darkmatter, Insolance, Dothalo, Photoshop 7.5
Thanks Korn!
And Insane, I want to get better in the sense that the bumps actually look like bumps and not just like different surfaces. I want to make it so when I change the bumps on a brick wall, it actually conforms with the shapes of the bricks for instance. Although this bump looks cool, it's not a "practical" bump like I will do in the future.
