Tool.exe problem

i just got HEK and all that. When I enter the command prompt, I enter the whole 'PATH=C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition' then i type in 'tool' and it says at the top "couldn't read map file './toolbeta.map'" and whenever I try and put in any command like "tool bitmaps levels/splinter/bitmaps" (from the beginer tutorials) it says "couldn't read map file './toolbeta.map'" again. can anyone plz help me?

Ignore that it dosen't do anything.

as he said. That error appears everytime u use tool.exe but in fact it doesnt affect anything.
In case that nothing else happens when U try to use tool make sure the files are in the correct folder. And then.. a problem that I had even i fim not really sure wheather it was the problem... get .net framework by Microsoft.
For me it worked after I installed it.

when i first did tool i did the same thing but i found out it didnt mean anything

OK, now this is getting stupid: I re-installed Halo CE and HEK. Then I installed .NET Framework, and it hasen't changed. I must be doing something wrong... does anyone know what?
