I can't seem to find anything on bungie's site or on anyone else's.. I'm running a P4 2.4Ghz, 512 Ram, ATi Radeon 9600, and a 250 GB hard drive.. And for some reason when I change resolution in halo to ANYTHING higher thatn 1024x768.. I get a window says "press cancel if you don't see a dialoge box" okay so I wait, my screen goes black.. The halo loading screen pops up, blinks a few times from dark to light.. and then goes away and everything is black, and stays that way.. I can't select anything but I can hear my mouse going over a button if I move it around the screen. The problem is I can't press "okay" escapre does nothing and I can't see a thing.. I press alt+F4 to close it or ctrl+alt+delete to try and switch to it hoping it will reload in a higher resolution.. And when I load the game back up it's still in 1024x768.. Is there an ini file I can change so the game loads in higher resolution or a patch I can download to fix this?

This was a problem before the 1.03 patch came out. If you have the latest patch I'm surprised you're still getting it.
Also, if you're currently using the latest ATI drivers, try using an EARLIER version of the drivers. Right now I'm running Catalyst 3.7 with zero problems (including the famous blacking-out night vision problem that so many people report). Yes, believe it or not, sometimes the older drivers work better.

Eh, is there somewhere to like actually download the patch in a zip file or something? Because I go to play multiplayer and it says I'm upgraded, however I just uninstalled and installed the game.. I don't think it's possible that I am anywhere past 1.03, bwaha.
.... Okay nevermind found stuff.. Thanks bro.
