New Sig

This is a new sig im working as you can see im not finished yet i cant figure out what to do with the text yet

Pretty good so far, I'd say keep the left side the same as the right side.
The left side looks a little out of place.

Barely, you just have to use the Clone tool very well.
But if you want them there then it doesn't matter.

For the text, try putting it under the blue stuff on the right, if it's on another layer and try get a nice effect coming through.

i think the left side is fine it makes it look diffent, why have both sides the same.

So they don't collide, but that really depends on the viewers tastes in style.

I think you should give the background some levels or curves. It's looking kind of flat.
