Phone booth throwing weapon (Help needed)

Ok so i am trying to make a phone booth that can be picked up and thrown to knock the opponent over (and hopefully kill them). I have a .gmax file but I have 3DS Max. I tried opening it and that didn't work, but now that I think about it I didn't try importing it. Anywho, the weapon would go as follows:

1. When MC comes in contact with it, it says the press a button to pick up phone booth.

2. When that button is pushed, the phone booth is lifted over MC's head like what the Incredibule Hulk would do.

3. When fired MC throws, with both hands, the phone booth and if anyone/thing is in it's way it gets 3/4th shields down or else a kill if the shields are lower than 3/4ths.

Anyways that's the gist of it. Also, a minor, optional addition is detereriating columns. This way when it takes enough damage it will eventually be destroy but it has to be able to take some damage.

you would do animations for the new weapon and have a invisible gun shoot the projectile booth, have the damage setup to the right setting, 75% damage for example, find how much damage you want the colums to want be destroyed after, ie 200 damage and they get destroyed.
