Do I have a tag Problem?

I must have a tag configured wrong.
When my map starts, Under Lan/Slayer It gets to "Waiting For Space To Clear" then just hangs there. Also, Im half in the ground and half out and not at the starting points.

UPDATE

Ok, All fixed! Flags issue
