Yes, but it's the third variation of it, which I think is the highest possible. I don't think that one has a ribbon version. And I think you're the only one I've seen with that particular emblem.

i got my first emblem after only having this name for like a few months, though i was here before with a different name, it was back when i contributed nothing and was just here to d/l everyone else's mods. either way i got my first emblem sometime in the last day or so, can i get a round of applause?

i'll ask the questions around here.... well i posted in the emblem thread then realised i might have posted in the wrong place because this one said emblem discussion, to be safe i posted here. i wasnt really sure where it was appropriatte but i figured the forum says "announcements" so i was pretty safe in the fact that i was atleast in the correct area of the forums, i don't know, basically i got confused.
