MODDING hog question

ok this uy on here ( halo boy) made a mod called suicide hogs beta. now i was wondering how he made thehogs that way, if anyone knows plz tell me

ok...what did he make the hogs do. Also which version of halo was it for. You have to be more descriptive.

Im not sure how to do that. Mabye switch a sound tag with a proj tag? I don't have too much experience with PC modding but im sure someone will be along to answer it though. Also that video was cool.
