ok phenoix u made no fucking sense jus now and also wtf is wrong with u ppl?? I jus made a good mod and you fucker don't like it ?? WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU...+ u dip sticks it's the Cel shade mod from outstanding mods section im not giving you that ffs...

well im sick of everytime i post a good mod ppl hate it....the first two Neon Tigers ppl liked but not now....ima just get started on Flame Mammoth prolly...

It was just a resized image guys, his graphics aren't bad.

I wouldn't suggest using Xavier and Halo 2 Rules!' cel shaded mod in a picture of yours, especially since you cant see any changes in the actual map other than that.

i think that cell shading is cool and creative. i like it a lot!

anyway, the quality of the mod all depends on how fun or interesting it is.

speaking of which... where is the map or ppf file? both downloads give me the movie

i will say one thing about the mod although it is not to my tastes.
it does look like you took a fair bit of time to do this in spark edit and possibly hmt so good on you.
