What do you mean you're getting a springfield? Like an airsoft/other nonlethal or an actual working one?

Actual working rifle. We're moving to a farm once I finish school, until then dad's gonna get me (another) 22 for target shooting (my other two are in storage in Canada, minus bolts), once I get a full gun license I get a Springfield.

When I told mum I wanted one, she said "those old rifles are heavy, you know"... 4kg? Heavy? WTF?
