I am trying to run a dedicated server...

the init reads as folows:

I do not see this server in the list of available servers...

First change sv_public True... to sv_public 1

If that doesn't work there are many many factors that go into setting up a dedicated server

Are you behind a a firewall?
-Make sure your IP is on the safe list.
