Any other programs

Ok since my Photshop thing isn't working and I dont want to spend like $300 on another better version, I was wondering if there was any other program you could do skinning with.

paintshop pro. its a lot easier to use and thats what i use. its also only 100 bucks. its great i suggest u buy or dl it

in the utilities section there is a dds converter that can convert to jpg i think. then open it up in paint change it around, save it, and convert it to dds. goodl luck

there is that converter, that converts .dds to .bmp, so im sure you could find a good free painting program
