am i really seeing what i thin i am

this looks 100x better on top of the 100x better mod then anything latly

i love the new skin, chainguns and light fictures it really adds to the level makes it more complete

i'm not a big fan of active scenery but i would like to see some sentinels flying above me while playing, it was done on that sentinel mod for foundation, i forgot what it was called but it looked good. just a thought though.

i added chunks what means when i inject something map get messed up :?

thats a shame, oh well, the new version is looking good, but i did like the old sky and ground. but i'm sure the new one will look good, if you need any help skinning let me know, thats what our team is know for, or so i hear. but then again you got greennc in your team, what would you need me for.

I liked the old version much better. This new one hardly looks like a sentinel area at all. The turrets and lights look great, but I think you should stick with the same sky and ground. [/my two cents]
Halo 3 ruined everything..

What about adding in some banshee spawns? Aerial fights would be very cool to have around this structure....or maybe some ghost / hog spawns =P

i asked the same thing, it seems the level goes over the banshee barriers so it wouldnt work well, the banshees couldnt fly across the whole thing, but i do believe a warthog where you had the pistol before would be cool, one on each side, for really fast paced flag games. but you should keep the hogs optional so we can turn them on and off, wait is that possible? spawn them under the banshee preference and it could be right?

Not that there's much room for a warthog to drive around...

You could add a few containment gates as new paths. That'd be cool - and re-skin them so they blend in.

actually there is a fair ammount of room, each pathway is like a warthog and a half wide, any skilled warthog driver could manouver it easily.

Your new skin is very sexy and high quality... However, I must agree with x088x on this one: the map felt much more mechanical as it was previously, and I really liked that feel, and the sky was unbeatable. I really miss it in these new pics.

All in all, I'll have to play this first before I can have a solid opinion. I know who's working on it, so I'm confident it'll be perfect.

What I like about this new skin is how easy it is on the eyes. On the previous skin,there was only the same colors everywhere, and not much variety; it did not feel like one of the official maps. Based on the screenshots for v2, the new skin looks like it could be one of the maps that bungie has made in the past, with the exception of the baked radiosity (shadows/lightmap).

come on people its the sentinel base, there pad..... dont you think they would want it all facy looking lol

but anyways i do agree having the flying sentinels would be great but probably hard so either way im content with the way it is

an idea for the turrents..... Can they be removed by main menu turrent on off feature?

For the banshee i think it would be a bad idea.. thats why acension is so bad when banshee is on it.

and you gotta think this is the sentenial base why would they have a banshee just kicking in there place when they can fly to begin with lol (besides having guns in there place aswell)

About the banshee...It's not possible to incorporate a banshee, I tried already. I'm assuming this base is in ascention but really far away and the banshee wall wont let you ride a banshee, or else you blow up.
