is soft moding an xbox 360 posible or not. can you put halo 2 mods on the xbox 360 hard drive and acess them in the mittle of game play. if so please tell me how:?

I think the only way of modding the 360 would be like changeing the LED color on the consile or contorller, or adding extra buttions on a contorloer.
