Ok, here's the deal.
I have two separate hard drives for my one xbox. I use one for modding and playing on xbconnect and the original for xbox live. Now little by little my xbox has been acting weird when I switch to my original hd and try to play halo 2 on live, but when i play on xbconnnect and I boot halo 2 from my hd it plays just fine, so I'm thinking that my original hd got defected somehow.
Do you guys have any idea why my xbox's original hd is so slow when playing halo 2, i mean the maps take a long time to boot, like the game starts and I see black and little by little pieces of the map start showing up, and also the friggin audio gets out of sinc, like i would throw a grenade and 20 seconds later you can finally hear it, yeah its that bad, so do you guys have any idea, anything?
Thanks a bunch.

could be lag, or a problem with the caching, your better off going to http://www.xbox-scene.com and having an ask there

cachee would be the best bet for the long load but as far as off sink sound and little chunks of framerate... well I have no idea but I do know somthing for a fact man. nothing can take that kind of stress your waring out your hds by swapping back and forth. anything could of happened to it, water moisture, static electrisity anything. but truthfully the gameplay really doesnt have much to do with your hard other than loading files :-/
