yeah, pretty sure with it being a vehicle, it would be drivable :D

So assuming you added ladders to this ship where those bunks are (I know this was discussed), can vehicles have climable ladders? or just BSPs?

The entire floor of the ship will be a 'ladder' so to speak. Yes, it is possible. It's part of the collision geometry.
The only reason I'm making the floors ladders is NOT SO YOU CAN WALK IN THE SHIP WHILE IT'S MOVING but, SO YOU CAN STAND IN THE SHIP WHILE IT IS MOVING

I have the model, only missing 2 sections of hallways, into Sapien, but my tags are so corrupt that I can't play my tutorial map (Halo dies when it starts saying 'loading tutorial.map' )

CLimable surfaces are easy, just set the flag on the collision geometry. That is what I will be doing with the Draco's floors.

Are you sure it will work? Wouldnt the fact that the ship is moving "push" you off the ladder?

No, actually, it wouldn't. Ever modded halo pc so that you walk on walls and stood on the SIDE of the warthog? You stick like glue even when it moves!

And think if I made the whole ship sticky.... They could hide on the cealing!! (and that's why I'm not)

I finally started releasing my works. After 2 and a half years. Pop by and try them out!
Please DON'T bug me with questions on how to do basic modding. The tutorials are there for a reason, although I will help if you absolutely need it. Also DON'T ask me about Halo 2 modding, my Xbox isn't even modded.

The collision won't be accurate to the ship, seeing as we don't need every nook and cranny. The hallways will be simple boxes, the tables will be surrounded by a box, etc. The hardest part will be the bridge...

I have a video-tour of it in-game, but you'll have to wait to see it.

Other ingame facts:
She bounces like a freaking bouncy-ball on freaking steroids! Halo died from exceptions twice during my test run.
Also: My bounding radius is set too high, it wouldn't let me spawn. I scrapped the ship from the map and recompiled. The second run involved spawning all vehicles and trying to get in the dang thing.

TODO:
Fix up physics
Add two remaining hallways to model
Finish collision model


dang that thing bounces...

Next step: begin work on the map itself. A crude version has been made, with a tiny little shaft running through a hemisphere with a noise modifier placed on it (to make it look like a rock) and that shaft has some crude box rooms in it. I'll upload pics as soon as it looks remotely good.
