Make water and fog

is it possible to add water and fog using the hek not modeling anything?

Water is NOT possible without adding a water plane to your BSP.

As for fog, it's called atmospheric fog, which is set in a .sky tag.

halo.bungie.org They have a list of mirrors for both HaloCE and HEK. But i dont have exact link

Look in your Halo Custom Edition install folder. It's right there.

It's also on your start menu:

Programs > MS Games > HCE > HEK Tutorial
