Anyone know how to get on the big base building in accension

Ok I saw this guy while playing halo 2 and there was no banshie in the level get atop the (TOWER OF POWER) or the big base. I have about killed my self trying to figger out how he did that?

super bouncing

theres about 3-4 bounces that gets you up there. Just flick through the list of bounces on this page and try find the 1 your looking for

theres a vehicle boundry that prevents you from getting there. its impossible unless you stand on the top of the fork tower, and have a banshee fly into you.

I have a question. Why is it a rule, (or against the rules for that matter), to "bump" topics that are "old". Forcing people to start new topics when there's already a topic created on the subject, regardless of it's old or not, is a good way to kill server space, clutter forums, and force people to look through more garbage.

I just don't get it.
