.sppf files?

I downloaded a mod for Ascension and when i unRARed the file it was a .sppf
I haven't found anyting on it except a small forum or afterdawn. It did not help. I was wondering if there was a program that could apply .sppf files. (there must be or they could have not created it) In the forum I looked at there was something that said that a .sppf was a super ppf. ??? I have not been able to find any programs so I thought I would ask. Thanx.

Its called super ppf its in the files forums you need to register to dl if you havent registered already there.Here it is.

lol open him in photoshop or somehthing and just decrease the image size then.

There in not an option to upload pics from my comp for an avatar and the site I got him from is not mine so that does not really help. Oh well. lol.

You need to host the image on a site lilke http://www.photobucket.com then you post the link to the image in you avatar space.

Im not sure but you should find the rules post and look through there that will tell you if its better.

It's still too big. Max avatar size is 80 pixels by 80 pixels, yours is 76 pixels by 119.
