Projectiles can't have AI attached to them. Only units can.

Scripting in halo2 is possible. How else would I have been able to change the gravity for one of the MP maps :p

And like talin said, the style tag group is used for defining the various ai behaviours an actor has. Those ai behaviours are all hard coded, just like how the rocket launcher and needler's homing code is hard coded. You can't script a projectile to go after a single type of unit.

And there is no code for syncing actors.
