error in 3d max...

Finish a new model/mesh? Got something you're working on? Finish a new map? Here's the place to post it for feedback and whatnot.

somebody just posted a topic on this.. you have to zoom in !
and puting the MC in poses has to do with IK modeling and you have to know how to use bones... its not n00b friendly..

and it seems that since i said that there was a free trial of 3ds max that everyone is getting it!

go to www.3dcafe.com and go to free stuff for a tutorial on everything 3dsmax related....

well at first everyone just grabbed the model and made it bigger, but what u can do is when u first import itll give u a menu with a bunch of options in the lower right hand corner there is a place for a number i think its at 0 on default change it to 100 and it should work for u

haha the way i do it is not quick to learn at all, ud have to learn to bone, skin the model so it reacts to the bones correctly, put in ik solvers, and create the right kind of hiearchy for them to move correctly, but u can fake it with editable mesh, just select the faces u want to move and move them.
