Is it possible to stop a landed Pelican from flipping?

Yes you need to spawn a bipd in it thouhg and it should work.

someone needs to hex edit a coll tag so that it doesnt spin

Oooo wait in single player you need to spawn ai in it and then it wont flip sorry got kinda confused.

Wrong! The pelicans Coll model is fine, the thing is it was never meant to touch any scenary, so it has no proper Phmo tag...

ok first open h2x/dark matter
then go to the scnr tag click it
then press the button META EDITOR
then find and select the collections tag
in the tag there should be a box the says floats? 1=yes 2=no (it something like that)

well, what i do is spawn a contain gate flat then spawn the pelican ontop of that with no special things, it sits there all good and dandie!
Not allowed more then three lines in your Sig.
