Injecting the BR error.?.?.?

Ok...so I've injected lotsa model with the smg, magnum, PP, and plasma rifle, but when i try to do the BR...I get this retarted error. And...yes, I have everything renamed and replaced everything. I spent a long time makeing this model......Does Anyone know what i did wrong??

Make sure that your whole model has been turned into an editable mesh, although that shouldnt really matter. Make sure that this is the first time that you are injecting over the br in the map. And also make sure that your model has more vertecies and that it is a larger file size than the original model.
