XBC modding questions

I have a few questions, if you added some weapon or vehical to a map using insolence could everyone see it on XBC?

and i played in a modded game today on xbc and a guy set his smg to shoot rockets, the thing was everyone could see them and i thougt u could only see pp and rocket rounds yet hes shooting rockets out of his smg and pp, another thing was his BR looked like the weapon effects were cheanged or he was shooting another projectile too, can u change weapon effects too?

if you want to do thigs like that i know what to do but not how to do it you need to duplicate the rocket and plasma pistol into those other weapons and that makes proj. visable
