Looks like you used the Sharpen filter and there's little/no depth in the background. And you could blend the render.
EDIT: Take off your avatar, it's against the rules to impersonate a rank by doing such.

Guardians were eliminated a long time ago, now there's only Moderators, Junior Admins and Admins.
Where is this Guardians group you speak of?
EDIT: And thanks for completely ignoring my crits on your sig.

Very pixelated, like you shrunk the render too much. the colors clash but the blending needs work.
Signature exceeded 75KB.

Photoshop fixes that automatically once you apply the transformation...I'm pretty sure he used the sharpen filter/tool.

Download a Photoshop trial, it's not that hard and it's a much better program.

There's nothing wrong with the sharpen tool. I use it on the render in almost all of my signatures. It looks a lot better and it gives it more depth. But it looks like Spartan Sniper made it too strong.

It doesn't fix it automatically.
Depending on how small you shrink the picture you are probably going to have to use the sharpen filter/tool.

Sharpening a pixelated image would make it look worse...I don't know what you're talking about and clearly, neither do you.

If you're saying this to RaVN, I laugh at your ignorance. If you're saying this to Maca, I just laugh. Either way, don't go acting like a know-it-all when you don't.

lijitsu, please, do us a favor before speaking. GTAF is probably one of the more experienced gfx people on this site. He most likely, and does know what he's talking about.

GG. GTAF definitely knows what he's talking about. And if you were talking to me, lightly sharpening a render makes it look a little better. It gives it more depth.

Thank you Cuda/Ravn. And to prove my points, here's a fun picture diagram!
First off, proof that when you resize, Photoshop automatically fixes jagged edges after sizing down an image.
This is the image being sized down, before being applied. Notice the jagged edges around the hand in the air, the shotgun, and, from our point of view, the right rib.
This is the image after the transformation has been applied. Notice how the previous jagged edges are gone.
And now once again...the point about Sharpen.
This is the image being sized down, then sized up, causing a major quality loss. Notice how it looks blurry.
Now, a sharpen filter is applied. The detail in some places is better, but it still does look bad, and the edges are worse.

well theres a lil problem with that GTAF. hes using GIMP, so I doubt it can match the capabilities as PS.
