I want some V E C T O R brushes!

I have been looking and looking for some good vector brushes and I keep seeing these cool pictures and I wonder where I can get some cool brushes to make stuff like this.

I forgot to put where I searched and it was Deviantart I checked so many pages. I need like a vector with little people and stuff I made a layout.

i don't think those are vector brushes

they are either pen tool creations
or
real images of people that have been flattened and "vectorized"

Well, you'd find hardly any of those things in a vector set. In the picture you linked us to:

The planets were made by the person or made with a planet brush set.

The stars were used with the eliptical marquee tool and a lens flare filter.

The clouds were made with grunge or cloud brushes.

The ladder was made with the pen tool.

The grass was made with a fractal from your Photoshop "Basic Brushes" set.

The people were either made with the pen tool or are actual people, resized and desaturated.

The tree is most likely a cutout of a real tree, resized and desaturated.

The only content of that whole picture that you could easily find in a vector set would be the white circles in the bottom right.
