renaming wepons, Text adding, Hexing

i want to rename the wepons. i know that to do that the renamed name needs to be the same langht as the original one. my question is how do i make a longer name. is ther a program or some thing tut mabe. ex. sniper rifle to dsfjsdkljfkasdljfksla;jfklasdjfklasjfklasjfklasjfklajfksdaljkljasd. how can i do this. HELP.

You would need to create an application to shift and relink everything after.

what do you mean shift and re link everything. is ther a program that can fo this or a tut that will tell me how.

Well if he said "You have to create a program to do this" then im guessing there isnt a program all ready out. But I lack hex knowledge, so il duck out of this topic.
