[halo2]Coag Door trick (With out Mods)

Ya me and my Friend where playing on XBL and
we where Trying to find out How to make the secret
door Coagulation open we this is what we tryed:

1.made custom game
2.got 4 gauss warthogs
3.put them in the cave
3.started shooting at the wall
4.For a long time

Are we doing any thing wrong?

i hate it when ppl make things up like that,like someone told me online that they modded so they could drive the scarab in the great journey instead of johnson
