Get a DDS plugin. Open the map in HMT 3.5. Go to the [bitm]Bitmaps tag. Find the HUD bitmaps. Save the textures to your hard drive. Open them up with Photoshop (or any other photo editing software), and choose 'no' when it asks if you want to display mipmaps. Change the HUD bitmap to your liking. Save the file as a DDS Alpha. Inject the file into the same bitmap space in HMT. Save the map. Play it. It should work. Note that only you will be able to see this modification, unless you send the bitmap to other players, and they inject it themselves.

the HUD colours cant be skinned, there within the tag its self so youd have to hex the tag.
