Moving Objects

i was wondering if someone could help me or tell me how to move weapons and objects and vehicles to diffrant places.


i just want to move them not add new ones

opps sry im dumb i forgot to tell you its for halo 2 on the xbox ive seen mods where ppl have made the warthog put on top of zanzibar and boxes by the building to jump up on top of and moved and duplicated the ramp and put it in places it wouldnt normally be
