adding chunks...

I'm trying to add the zanzi gate and keypad into waterworks. When I go to add the control chunk with glitchy's chunk adder there is no Chunk # so it wont let me add a chunk. Is there a way to add a control chunk without already have one in the map? If there is could someone please tell me it would be greatly appreaciated .
