I think my master chief looks good like this.
But i dont know what is the diference whit weld and how can i do it?
So here is a scene, i used headlong but texturing different i changed the palmtrees and the sky and warthog too.

I know, ther's any shadow because i rendered whit mental ray and there are too much photons so my shadown light doesn't work.

Somewhere in there is the section for welding vertices.

The skybackground which you slopilly put on their depicts light coming via the ocean side, yet the photons in your scene depict light coming from the right of the warthog. And where are your shadows, and what in the hell happened to your tiled ground?neodos wrote:I think my master chief looks good like this.

I dont really understand everything because i am spanish and iam not so good at english.
For the ground i made it like this because i wanted, did you never see the tiling shiny when its shone upon?
The reflection of the tiled ground is the sky texture.
And for the shadows i dont really know set it.
How can i set the shadow?

I am not using Vray i just try it and see it didn't work.
And ia m using "mental ray renderer" not Vray.
The first time i tryed dEfault scanline renderer without seting the shadows i just set the textures.
And i used one Skylight (work with mental ray), 3 omni lights and one Free Direct.
Now if you are so good help me telling me why i dont have shadows.
And if i wanted to use Vray its because its a good plugin for the shadows, with default scanline you must place a lot of lights to get the same effects.
Thanks
ps: i ditn't uderstand "I know for sure it's not HERE." that was hironic?
